Perched high atop
Hickory Mountain at the

Chatham County lies
Highland Farm. The farm
is home to Jersey cattle,
rare breed chickens and
some of the most
spectacular views in
central NC that, along with
the 112 year-old
farmhouse, hearken back
to the simpler times of a
by-gone era.

Over the next few months, we will be renovating the farmhouse and optimizing the surrounding land in hopes of  
restoring the property to its full glory. At the helm will be Jeff Gannon of Green Door Design Build
(www.greendoordesignbuild.com), armed with his special talent for coaxing these turn-of-the-century beauties out of
their slumbering states.
